I've run this race for the past 10 years. This event attracts some very elite runners in the Classic 10K. Frank Shorter, 1972 Olympic Gold medalist returns very year from Coloroado for this event. Frank grew up in Middletown. Nice hometown feel here. I run to support Josh's team.

This race starts and ends on the northern side of Paramus Park, next to the Garden State Parkway. It winds its way around the mall, onto some local roads, and finally finished back on From road. If anyone knows this area, it's really not the most scenic, but it

The race took place on one of the windiest and coldest day of the year, however, there was plenty of spectators to get by. They were loud and positive. The course is relatively flat but I train in Atlanta ;) Great race and lots of post race restaurants to choose
