The Virginia Double ANVIL Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Lake Anna State Park, Virginia consisting of a Super Sprint.
Come swim in beautiful Lake Anna, 4.8 miles for the Double or 7.2 miles for the Triple, then bike either 224 or 336 miles and then finish off with 52.4 or 78.6 mile run on tree lined roads inside the park. OR for those qualified, come swim 12 miles, then bike 560 and finish that off with 131 miles of running or do it daily for 5 days with a Single ANVIL.
