Possum Town Triathlon is a sprint triathlon in Columbus, MS. It is located at the boat ramp area off Wilkins Wise Road. There will be a time trial start with each participant entering the water every 3-5 seconds. The out and back swim distance is 600 yards, which will start and finish at the boat ramps. The 17 mile out and back bike course is mostly flat and very fast. The 3.3 mile out and back run will be hot but flat and will consist of an aid station at the turn around. The awards ceremony is at 10 am.
