About The St. Paul Triathlon
The St. Paul Triathlon is a Triathlon race in St. Paul, Minnesota consisting of a Olympic and Sprint.
One of the oldest triathlons in the metro area, this is the only triathlon boasting a closed bike course. The race took a brief hiatus while 100% of the roads on the bike course were resurfaced. The swim features a time trial start - no washing machine at the beginning of your swim where you risk getting kicked in the face or sunk by swimmers coming over the top of you. Athletes self seed and go in one at a time with a 3 second break between athletes. The run is on paved trail along beautiful Phalen lake. Barbecue to follow the race. A mustKeep Reading do triathlon at peak season.
