The Wingman Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Red Wing, Minnesota consisting of a Super Sprint.

500m outdoor pool swim,

12.7 mile bike, 3 mile run

This great sprint triathlon is a fun way to support the Red Wing High School Cross Country teams. All proceeds go to support our runners!

This is a great race for beginners. Our pool swim takes a lot of anxiety out of racing in the water. If you've ever thought of trying a tri, this is the race to start with.
Experienced racers will also have fun competing for the top spots overall and in their age groups. Our bike course is fast and safe and the run is entirely within Colvill Park.
