About The BreakAway Kids Tri
The BreakAway Kids Tri is a Triathlon race in Maple Grove, Minnesota consisting of a Youth/Kids.
Children ages 7-17 from across the Twin Cities will come together to participate in the Kids Tri sponsored by CycleHealth. There are three events: biking, swimming and running. If a child does not know how to swim, the area is safely monitored and there is shallow water to allow them to feel confident (walk if need be). The running includes fun obstacles including a water slide at the end! Park Brook students will receive 75% off the registration fee! To register, go to http://www.cyclehealth.org/. Being that we are posting this on our website, we will be verifying that each family who uses this code has a student who just completed 5th grade, has a current student at Park Brook, or registered a student to attend Park Brook Elementary in the fall.
Parents will need to provide transportation. If a student needs a bike, please contact Mr. Taylor and he will arrange for a bike that you can use for the event.
Students in grades 3-5 who attend Park Brook will have the opportunity to participate in the Kidarod and Resilinator. Both of these events which are also sponsored by CycleHealth, are held during the school year are on weekends with bussing provided from Park Brook Elementary.
