The Tarpon Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Houma, Louisiana consisting of a Super Sprint.

The Tarpon Triathlon originated in 2010 as a way to fund the Bayou Black Tarpons Swim Team, a public recreational swim team. Since then, the proceeds have allowed the team to purchase necessary equipment, timing systems, & a storage shed, while keeping the cost to families at a minimum. The team, which consists of more than 200 kids from age to 4-18, is the current reigning SCSA champions!
