The Tri Clear Lake is a Triathlon race in Clear Lake, Iowa consisting of a Sprint and Olympic.
TRI Clear Lake will host its annual sprint triathlon sanctioned by USA Triathlon. The scenic course will be held on and around South Shore of Clear Lake. It will consist of a 750 meter swim in front of State Park beach, 12.4 mile bike along South Shore out past the prairie and windmills, and a 3.1 mile run along the shoreline, finishing lakeside in the eventful downtown area.
TRI Clear Lake will coincide with the Take Me Back festival happening this same weekend. Adding the triathlon to this eventful summer weekend, will bring thousands of additional visitors from Iowa and surrounding states, giving them an opportunity to visit our wonderful
