The Sprint On The Flint is a Triathlon race in Bainbridge, Georgia consisting of a Super Sprint.

Bainbridge, Georgia would like to welcome you to the First Port City's
first sprint triathlon, The Sprint on the Flint. This is a great
beginners Tri and will feature a 400m swim in the 5 foot deep boat
basin. Following the swim, will be a 10 mile bike ride followed by a run
on our certified 5k course which winds along the river and the beautiful
nature trail.
