The Lake Terramuggus Triathlon Series 1 is a Triathlon race in Marlborough, Connecticut consisting of a Super Sprint.

Join us at Lake T for another great sprint triathlon series. It's a great opportunity for every level triathlete to train, compete and have a blast. 600 yd swim | 12 mile road bike | 3.1 mile road run Closing in on two decades of grass roots racing, Lake Terramuggus is the oldest continuing sprint series in Connecticut. Lake T was established to give racers an opportunity to become better athletes and competitors. With an emphasis on sportsmanship and healthy competition we offer a challenging course that will not disappoint.

The Lake T Sprint Series has been the first race for many Iron Distance Triathletes. In it's 18th year, this race continues to be the stepping stone for so many triathletes to get to the next level. Racks are first come, first serve, waves are male/female, and there is a relay division available.

The 600 yard lake swim is followed by a 2 loop bike course with rolling hills. The 5K run course has a few small inclines. Aid is available on the run.
