Swim
The swim, first stage of your race, will take place in the waters of the beautiful bay of Tangier. This will be your moment to step into the spotlight. Are you ready? Let's go !

On the morning of the competition, you will start on the Mediterranean coast where the calm and temperate water will mark the beginning of your adventure. Keep going ! You will have to complete a 1.9 kilometer loop before reaching the bike park.

Volunteers will assist you on the shore to get out of the water. You will then have to run to the transition area to change your clothes and start the next part of your challenge...

Bike
Let's go ! It's time to face the second step of your journey : Bike.

Head west along the Merkel beach road, following its sweet smell of sea air. On the way to the Hercules Caves, you will cross the emblematic Cap Spartel cliff and discover its century and a half old lighthouse and its abundant vegetation. This magical place that dominates the city is where you can contemplate the junction between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Don't let the beauty of the landscape hypnotize you, you will have 90 kilometers to go before reaching your transition point. There you will drop off your bike and begin the final stage of your challenge.

Three refreshment points will be set up to give you the energy and motivation you need, count on our volunteers! Once you have passed all these stages, all you have to do is stay focused and ride to the finish line.

Run
The finish line is finally in front of you. But there is still one last step before you can cross it. The 21.097 km run is a 3 loop stage on the city's new waterfront promenade and its panoramic view. On each loop of approximately 7 km, 3 refreshments will be provided and our volunteers will be there to encourage you. You will enjoy a breathtaking course, guided by the applause of the public and their encouragement.

Don't let the side wind of the end of the morning impress you. You're almost there. Stay motivated and keep going towards the finish line that is waiting for you. Cross it, and enter the legend !
