Swim
Athletes will start at Camp Kitchen Beach which is 500m from the Canada Summit Centre
Athletes will swim out into Fairy Lake then travel along the river to exit at the stairs at the Canada Summit Centre

Bike
This is an out & back scenic and hilly course toward and along Lake of Bays in the District of Muskoka

Run
Runners will Exit the transition zone and rup up Park Dr to Brunel Rd
