Swim
The one-loop 1.9km (1.2 mile) swim course takes place in the blue waters of the Mediterranean from the Plage des Ponchettes, in front of Quai des Etats-Unis.

Bike
The one-loop 90 km (56 mile) bike course and its picturesque villages should be on any athlete's bucket list but the ascent of Col de Vence poses quite a challenge. You'll be rewarded with stunning views on your way to Nice and the Promenade des Anglais.
