A nice course, though you start and end on an uphill, so be prepared for that. They do post the times on the gym wall, but it's had to see that small type, but I guess with an expected turnout of 2500 runners this year they had to fit everyone.

The guy who runs this (with help from friends) is a well know chriopractor from the area and he runs his races like his practice-with the utmost care and concern for his guests. Race course is pretty but the breakfast after is amazing! And the race benefits cancer what more can

This event has become a summer tradition for me. Great location and nice energy for the event. Enjoy seeing Mt Rainier in the distance and of course the beautiful Seattle shoreline along the way. The t-shirt typically has a cool design that is a surprise each year.
