Swim
The swim start is located in one of the most popular Greek sandy beaches, the Varkiza beach, looking into the serene crystal clear waters of the Athens Riviera Bay. It is a one-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) counter-clockwise rectangular shaped swim course that takes athletes out of the water and straight into the transition zone.

Bike
From the transition zone, participants will begin biking along the seaside, a magnificent coastal rolling two-loop course towards the emblematic Ancient Temple of Poseidon. They will ride along the lace like coasts, passing through traditional fish villages and breathtaking cliffs, enjoying a freshly built, wide, asphalt road.

Run
After enjoying the ride to Poseidon's Temple, participants will begin the two-loop 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run course towards the other side of the Athens Riviera, also following the coast line, heading to the Lake Vouliagmeni, a rare geological phenomenon, located in the arm of an imposing rock, springing hot waters with healing properties, all year round.
