The Summer Night Trail Half Marathon is a Running race in Indianapolis, Indiana consisting of a Half Marathon and 6.6 Mile Trail Run.
Join us for the Summer Night Trail Marathon, offering Quarter and Half Marathon distances on the trails at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis Indiana. The 6.55 mile loop is nearly all single track trail, 1 lap for the Quarter and 2 for Half. This course design allows us to see the runners more frequently and contain the safety and security of the runners more effectively.
I was promised sno cones, there were no sno cones. Probably the COVIDs got them. ;)
It seemed well organized, the trail was pretty plainly marked, and after the first two miles I wasn't running in a herd any longer. They really ought to run it the opposite direction so More...
