The Stride With The Tide 5K is a Running race in Pismo Beach, California consisting of a 5K.

The City of Pismo Beach Recreation Division, along with the San Luis Distance Club, will hold the annual Stride with the Tide 5K Run. The race will begin on the south side of the Pismo Beach Pier and is an out and back course on the sand. We invite all ages and all levels to join us for this event. Whether you race for time, walk with a friend or jog with your family, we welcome you to enjoy a beautiful morning on the beach!
