The Spring Runoff is a Running race in Albany, New York consisting of a 10K, 5K.
Extremely flat and fast out-and-back courses. 5K and 10K both begin and end at the Amphitheater across the Pedestrian Bridge from Maiden Lane and Broadway in Downtown Albany. The courses use the paved Corning Preserve Bicycle and Walking Trail. Safe - no vehicle traffic along course.
Free Parking is available on Broadway and at the Preserve and the Albany Riverfront Parking Garage is also available at a charge.
The Spring Runoff is a fundraiser for the St. John's/St. Anne's Outreach Center on 4th Avenue in Albany's South End.
