"Don't register for Purpose Racing events!"

There are so many complaints about these organizers and their business tactics. Check the Better Business Bureau! I wish I would have know before registering for their race. They are non-responsive to the registrants who need help or who have complaints. Myself, my sister, and my niece have all been scammed More... by them. We have yet to receive a response from them for an accidental double registration. They have not been responsive via FB, messenger, email, and their phone lines are disconnected. Recently, they actually responded to me on messenger, but only to tell me how "crushing this year (2020) has been for them." There was of course, no mention about any refund for the double registration or the refunds for the cancelled race. This is a race organization that is supposed to support women. If their idea of female support is to ignore and steal money, my family will never register for one of their events again. Unfortunately, we are not the only triathletes they have ignored/not refunded...the complaints are numerous on numerous sites. Do not register for any Purpose Racing event!
