Southern Hills Triathlon - Hot Springs, South Dakota - Triathlon

The Southern Hills Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Hot Springs, South Dakota consisting of a Super Sprint and Youth/Kids, and Duathlon race consisting of a Sprint

Each year on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend, the Friends of the Hot Springs Public Library hosts the Southern Hills Triathlon. This activity is one of the major fund raising events for the Friends. With the proceeds from this activity the Friends are able to purchase books and computers as well as support many of the library's activities.
The race is held at Angostura State Recreation Area (map) south of Hot Springs off US Hwy 385.
