The Shenandoah Strong Adventure Race is a Obstacle/Adventure race in Bentonville, Virginia consisting of a 12 Hour Adventure Race.
Time to show us those guns and prove you're Shenandoah Strong. Explore the backwoods of the Shenandoah Valley area by foot, bike, and kayak/canoe, navigating your way around George Washington National Forest and Shenandoah River State Park during one of the most scenic times of the year! Race solo or create a team of 2 or 3 people. Racers will have 12 hours to cover up to 50 miles via kayak/canoe, foot, and mountain bike over rugged and beautiful terrain, picking up checkpoints along the way.
Mandatory checkpoints will require minimal navigational skills, whereas optional checkpoints will test your map and compass prowess. Be prepared to paddle on the ShenandoahKeep Reading
