The Salem Summer Solstice 5/10K is a Running race in Salem, Oregon consisting of a 10K and 5K.

This iconic summer event is an old timey ice cream social with an edge -- that being the 5K and 10K events. Both courses are flat trails through a natural setting and along the Willamette River. Ice cream sundaes are included in registration, which is limited to 400. After online registration ends, check wvroadrunners.org for status; day of race registration is $20, 6PM at the Minto shelter.
