About The Miles for SMILES

The Miles for SMILES is a Running race in Darien, Wisconsin consisting of a 5K Trail Run and Kids Run/Fun Run.

Come to the SMILES facility to enjoy a 5K Walk/Run, with a Trick-Or-Treat Trail, costume contest, horse BINGO and more to benefit the SMILES riding program. A unique event to benefit the clients of SMILES is scheduled at the SMILES facility in Darien!


This special event includes a 5K Fun Run/Walk with family friendly Trick or Treat Stations and costume competitions.


In addition to the regular cross country course, an adaptive course for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers will also be available. New this year is the chance to collect pledges and earn prizes!

The post-race party will include music, Horse BINGO and freeKeep Reading apple cider. This event provides enthusiasts an opportunity to enjoy a cross country course, crisp autumn weather, post race prize giving and a chance to run with horses of the SMILES therapeutic riding center.
