The race passes through beautiful rural countryside. Emergency workers with flashing lights provide safety at intersections. T-shirts are comfy and flattering ultra-soft cotton, a lot nicer than other race shirts I have. And the breakfast really is amazing a" bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit. Parking was more difficult than I expected and the course was SO hilly. I hear they have reversed it for the 2016 year, so that could be good. Otherwise food after was great and medal and shirt were cool.

Ran the fun run with my niece and nephew. Kids' loved it and usually get a medal or some kinds of prize, tshirts some years, and popsicles. What's not to love?? The 5K follows and is a great flat course. Water stations along the way and the start/finish is the same
