I've run this race on July 4th a number of times and each year this event has improved. What did bug me was that there was no National Anthem played prior to the start of the race. Come on Guys it's the 4th of July. The birthday of this great nation.

I've run this race 15 times! It's well organized and in a spectacular location. Meb, Bill Rogers, Joan Benoit have run this race in the last few years. The course is breathtaking. Pre- and Post-race activities are plentiful. It's a great weekend destination. If you want to read my full review,

Cold but not a cloud in the sky morning. Enjoyed the race. Had chance to visit Lambeau Field and Packer hall of fame. Enjoyed trip to Green Bay and Badger State Brewery.
