The Run for Nicaragua 5K is a Running race in Yorktown, Virginia consisting of a 1 Mile and 5K.
This is our annual Run for Nicaragua Race! It started as a High School Senior Project last year for one of the students at Crossroads Community Church who raised over $7,000 to build homes for families in the El-Timal Barrio in Nicaragua. Crossroads Community Church has continued this great project and has a goal to build 6 homes in Nicaragua this Summer! Each home costs $1,700. Join us and make a difference by simply running a 5K for Nicaragua or bring the family for the 1 Mile Fun Run
