Walk, Run & Wheel in support of the Ability Center of Virginia. Join us at Mt. Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach for the Annual 5k and 1 Mile Fun Walk. This family fun day begins at 7:30AM as on sight registration opens. The 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:00AM and the 1 Mile Fun Walk at 10:00AM. Awards and family picnic to follow.
