Girls on the Run of Central Virginia Fall 5K - Sweet Briar, Virginia - Running

The Girls on the Run of Central Virginia Fall 5K is a Running race in Sweet Briar, Virginia consisting of a 5K.

The Celebration 5K course loops around the stunning campus of Sweet Briar College. Setting off with a Cross-Country wave Start, the runners will head from the Athletic fields towards Guion Parking lot to the main road. They will stay straight and move onto Elijah Road to make a right turn at Physical Plant Road. Runners will then cross through the traffic circle to Chapel Road and head towards the Student parking area. From there they will pick up Dairy Road and head towards the stables, passing the horse pastures and head up to Daisy's Monument to circle around to the Athletic fields and the Finish Line. This is a challenging course with hills, gravel and dirt roads; we encourage hill training to meet this challenge.
