The SpeakUp5K Richmond is a Running race in Richmond, Virginia consisting of a 5K.

Join us for The Dominion Payroll SpeakUp5k presented by Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU! Whether you walk, jog, or run, we want you to join us as we end the stigma of mental illness.

This is a flat, fun course perfect for all age levels and fitness abilities. Strollers are welcome!

Stick around after the race and make a day of it. This is not something you want to miss! Music, food, a Family Fun Zone, exciting vendor booths, a photo and video booth, and more!

Proceeds from the race help support CKG's free mental health programs for teens and bene?t the Virginia Treatment Center for Children.
