The Race Around The Lake is a Running race in Barnard, Vermont consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.

A 5K and 10K run around Silver Lake in Barnard, VT. The race is a fundraiser for youth programming through BarnArts, a community arts organization. The race is designed to connect community members of all ages through a healthy and fun spring activity. Both races will start and end inside of Silver Lake State Park and include wooded trails, back roads and scenic paths with intermittent views of the lake. There will be a post-race celebration afterwards including live music and a free catered lunch for race participants. A short kids fun run will also take place during this post-race time.
