Join West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM) at the Annual Spring Dash 5K/1K presented by Premier America Credit Union to raise money to fight poverty and hunger in West Houston.

Dress in your fanciest cape and superhero outfit and run our 5K/1K, helping us fight against poverty and hunger in Houston.

After your heroic run and fight against poverty (POW!), all superheroes will get to take a break, receive their medals and enjoy the food, drinks, fun activities, and raffles that will be available for them. The fastest runners in the male and female category will receive a Surprise SUPERHERO Prize! Super Pets on leashes are also welcome to join in the run and fun.
