About The Braden Aboud 5K and 10K

The Braden Aboud 5K and 10K is a Running race in El Paso, Texas consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

This annual event, sponsored by The El Paso Times and Hyundai of El Paso, attracted more than 11,500 participants in 2017 and is now one of the largest youth-centered competitive 5K races in the nation. The Run/Walk takes place each May and is a morning of family and community fun that many look forward to each year.

Schools, teams and organizations that attend in groups can receive grant funding for their participation.
