Garrett's Hero Run is a family-friendly 5K and 1 mile run/walk in honor of 11-year old Columbia resident Garrett Sapp who is living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Duchenne is a progressive neuromuscular disease with no treatment and no cure. All funds raised go to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy for research.
