About The Knock on Wood Ultra Series

The Knock on Wood Ultra Series is a Running race in Greenville, South Carolina consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 50K Trail Run and 8K.

Upstate Ultra is presenting its annual ultra series that will be held at Lake Conestee Nature Park on May 18th through the 20th. This running series includes Ultra distances of 50k, 100 miles, & a Team 24 Hour Relay, along with a kids run and Greenville Water 8k fun run/walk. These races are being held to support a very important charity within the Greenville County in TreesGreenville along with the Global Brigrades that will be benefiting a project that will supply community afar with clean water that is sustainable with easy access. These particular events consists of a 5 mile loop that wraps around the central pavilion and throughout the trailsKeep Reading and across Swamp Rabbit and back. It is our goal to aid any and all runners willing to accept this daunting challenge with a fully stock station at the start of the loop with several bathrooms, access to crew stations, food vendors, music, entertainment and MORE! This race welcomes ALL! I encourage you to grab a friend and come out and view what the beautiful park and Greenville County has to offer!
