Hot Pursuit - Goose Creek, South Carolina - Running

The Hot Pursuit is a Running race in Goose Creek, South Carolina consisting of a 5K.

The Goose Creek Police Department is hosting a 5k fun run/walk themed Hot Pursuit. For extra fun, you will have the opportunity to chase an escaped convict wearing a jumpsuit. The finishers who cross the finish line before the escaped convict will receive an award. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall. There are additional elements to this race that will make it like no other in the tri-county area!

The race will start at the Goose Creek Municipal Center. The race will use paved hiker/biker trails and paved roadways before returning to the municipal center. Proceeds will go toward a Goose Creek Police Department sponsored event, Shop with a Badge. This event allows police officers to go Christmas shopping with low country children in need.
