The Buffalo Run is a Running race in Bluffton, South Carolina consisting of a 10K Trail Run and 30K and 50K Trail Run.
Annual Buffalo Run, a 10k, 30k, or 50k race benefiting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy. Held on Sunday, October 9th, the Buffalo Run trail winds deep into the ancient maritime forests of Palmetto Bluff. Don't be afraid to get a little muddy -- it's all a part of the experience. This year we're accepting 3 person 30K and 5-person 50K Relay teams.
