The Frozen: H3 is a Running race in Bethera, South Carolina consisting of a Relay and 100 Mile Trail Run and 100K Trail Run and 16.3 Mile Trail Run and 60K.
Welcome to the Annual Frozen: H3! This event, is identical to the Hell Hole Hundred with the exception of the ridiculous heat and humidity. We operate on the same course and come across some of the same aid stations! Sounds easy...right?!
As a thank you, all participants will receive an official Frozen: H3 pint glass for giving the event a try. This will either come in handy for holding a celebratory beer after you finish...or should you drop out...the pint glass makes for a great tear-catcher. If you finish your distance, I will mail you an event shirt.
