The South County Health Centennial 5K is a Running race in Wakefield, Rhode Island consisting of a 5K.

The Centennial 5K will be held at South County Hospital with a race route that will run through our historic neighborhood. We invite the community to join us for this family-friendly wellness event where we will also host a community celebration for our 100th birthday.

Our Centennial 5K will support Cancer Services at South County Hospital. Approximately 775 residents of Washington County are currently diagnosed with cancer every year.
