BIHS/NAMI-BI 5K Beach Run - Block Island, Rhode Island - Running

The BIHS/NAMI-BI 5K Beach Run is a Running race in Block Island, Rhode Island consisting of a 5K.

This is a 3.2 mile/5k (not officially measured and is closer to 3.1 miles) run or walk on the most beautiful beach on Block Island, RI. The race check-in, start and finish are at the Fred Benson Beach Pavilion on Mansion Beach a short 10-minute walk from where the ferry docks. This is a family event and all are welcome to participate including pets. Check-in begins at 9:30 AM and the race starts at 10:30 AM. There are many categories of awards based on age group and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd men's and women's overall for the run. Come join the fun and support two Block Island organizations, the Block Island Health Services and the local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
