This was my 2nd Chicago marathon, my 7th marathon including The NYC marathon, chicago, by far is the most entertaining, well organized, easy to run marathon. This is the 1 marathon I hope to run until I'm 90 or beyond. The city, spectators and runners all come together for one goal

I have raced this 5k the past 2 years as well as my kids did the 1miler last year. Super well run event, great support from the families on the neighborhood we run through, kiddos loved the ceramic finisher medals...oh yeah...there are PANCAKES at the end!!!

Sweet home Chicago is my hometown marathon. The course is flat, fast, and a great opportunity to push your limits and show off the results of all those summer miles logged under the heat and humidity while your friends sought shelter and air conditioning.
