Start and Finish: Virginia Forrest Recreation Area. Only 2 vehicles allowed per team in Virginia Forrest. Meet somewhere in advance.

Relay Teams: Limited to 7 teams. Maximum 7 on a team/minimum 4.

Runners: Create a team of 4 to 7. Or register solo, and as long as there are team openings we will assign you to a team.

Don't want to run? We are looking for volunteers. This is going to be a fun day. Join us.
