The Lancaster Junction Trail 5K/10K is a Running race in Manheim, Pennsylvania consisting of a 10K and 10K Trail Run and 5K and 5K Trail Run.
Two people per team. Teams may be male, female or co-ed. The course is a 1.04 lap course. Each person will run one lap and switch off with your best friend. Each person will run half of the total race distance. Both runners that are participating in the relay will sign up at the same time of registration.
