Race Starting Location:

2700 Columbia Street, Eugene, OR

The Frost Trot is a Running race in Eugene, Oregon consisting of a 5K.


The 5K rolling (and challenging) course will travel along the Laurelwood golf cart paths, single track trails and an occasional fairway, allowing participants to enjoy scenic views of the beautiful Laurelwood Golf Course. The course is a cross country style adventure! Dogs are not allowed in this event and strollers are not recommended (single-track trails and sloping hillsides). Each member of a relay team will run their 5K loop before handing the team baton to the next runner.
