Still one of my top 5 favorite 5K races. Well organized run on a beautiful course. Digital mile time clocks were spot on. Beer, (limit two beers) watermelon, pretzels at the finish line. If you registered early enough you had your name on your race bib. I like that.

Fort wadworth(starting village) was not a good experience, arrived to my corral at 9:01 (corral 1F green village) it had already closed and many other runners like me were not allowed in, eve tho we arrived there one minute late because the bus dropped is late despite getting on the ferry

This is my third time running the Chicago Marathon, the feeling of running this race gets better every time! Love everything about it. Best organized race, best volunteers, and best spectators. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have the time of their life!!
