Nothing super special about the race itself (although, it was wonderfully flat) but it was pretty cool as part of the Nebraska State Fair. You can basically run the race, take a shower (they offer free showers there), and then wander the state fair eating fried oreos and other fun

By far the best race I've ever run. The hills made the whole experience so painful and the crowds made the whole experience so worth it there is nothing I could suggest NYC marathon improve. The expo was really good compared to Chicago's 2016 and the atmosphere at the finish line

This is a great race and well-executed marathon. There are three distances available, but I liked that all the distances started at the same time and we could run together for a while. This wasn't a huge race, and I liked the personal feel and the course was along a river
