The Home Run 5K is a Running race in Beachwood, Ohio consisting of a 1 Mile and 5K.

All event proceeds will benefit Montefiore and The Weils, nonprofit organizations and leaders in senior healthcare. Montefiore and The Weils, our Chagrin Falls campus, continue to evolve and expand to reflect ever-changing senior care needs. Montefiore offers a range of healthcare services including post-hospital care, long-term care, hospice and palliative care and memory care assisted living. The Weils has provided an assisted living community for active seniors since 2002. In addition, The Weils offers a full-scope of healthcare services including rehabilitation and memory care assisted living. Our services in the community include private care, hospice and palliative care, therapy services, in-home memory care and activities of daily living support.
