The Running of the Leprechauns is a Running race in Nags Head, North Carolina consisting of a 10K.
Sponsored and hosted by Kelly's Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern, the Raceit timed 5K and 10K events start at 8 am at MP 10.5, 2316 S. Croatan Hwy. Following the race, the Rockin' Leprechaun Party will be held in the Kelly's Tavern complete with Irish stew, Irish soda bread, cookies, sweet potato biscuits, beer and more. Awards will be presented to the top male, female and youth participants. On-site registration will be available the evening before and the morning of the race at Kelly's. Packet pick-up Friday evening from 4:30 to 7:30 pm and on Saturday morning from 7 to 7:45 am.
