The North Cove Community 5K is a Running race in Marion, North Carolina consisting of a 5K.

The annual North Cove Community 5k is hosted by North Cove Elementary's Running Club. Running Club consists of third through fifth grade students. This race is an initiative to get our community outside, active and interested in competitive running. The race is a beautiful, flat course for families, runners and walkers of all ages, beginning at the school entrance and continuing on American Thread Road. All proceeds will go to the school's general fund, which provides much needed classroom supplies for students and teachers.
