"Challenging but awesome race.

- Packet - more goodies than most races.
- Swim - Even though it's far north it's still the Hudson. In 2013 we believe the course was short.
- Bike - Challenging hills but great course. Enough aid stations.
- Run - Challenging hills again but amazing crowd support. BEAUTIFUL

"This was my first-ever 1/2 marathon, so nerves were at an all-time high! The pre-race was easy enough, bib and T-shirt pick-up was simple. But when it was almost starting time, the line-up was a disaster, with all the runners fighting for space. And this was just the start of 13

I run this race every year. It is one of my local favorite 5K races. A well organized event for a very good cause. Backed by Hackensack University Medical Center. A fast scenic through Saddle River. Nice long sleeve tech shirts this year. (Although to hot to wear on race
