The Cary Road Race is a Running race in Cary, North Carolina consisting of a 5K and 5 Miles.

The race, which starts and finishes at the Koka Booth Amphitheater in Cary, is managed by the Department of Parks, Recreational and Cultural Resources in Cary. The Cary Road Race 5 Miler is also part of the Second Empire Grand Prix Series. Runners who participate in these races accumulate points and are awarded prizes at an awards banquet held at the Second Empire Restaurant at the conclusion of the Series
